A Lodi orthopedic surgeon was convicted Thursday of 10 felony counts of wellbeing treatment insurance fraud.
Gary Wisner was observed guilty in a Sacramento County Superior Courtroom of defrauding Medi-Cal and Medicare by administering too much and medically unjustifiable X-rays to his individuals between 2012 and 2016.
