A Massachusetts toddler has gone viral after having the best reaction to seeing her family members in the crowd during a recent holiday recital that was her first ever.
Chelsea Krow, 30, recently posted a video of her daughter Emmy, three, participating in a holiday show where she is seen searching the crowd solemnly until the moment when pure joy sets in upon spotting her family.
The proud mom told DailyMail.com it was a big showing for Emmy at her first-ever recital; the toddler had her mom, dad, little sister Laurel, and ‘aunties and uncles’ there to watch her dance.
The viral video, which uses ‘Married Life’ from the Disney-Pixar film ‘UP’ shows the young girl standing on a stage in a black leotard and red tutu surrounded by her fellow dancers searching until she finds her loved ones there cheering her on.
Emmy, fiercely searching the crowd, finally finds her family members several seconds into the video and immediately lights up with joy.

Chelsea told DailyMail.com that she and her husband signed up their daughter for dance to help her ‘develop confidence’ so it meant the world to see Emmy have that reaction.
The little girl appears to wipe away tears after spotting her mom, dad, and little sister, seemingly so overcome with excitement at spotting her loved ones.
Chelsea also said it was a big moment for their daughter who ‘practiced her routine all all month long’ and would only allow mom and dad to ‘listen to her dance routine song for the entire month.’
The video has since amassed 18 million views on TikTok after being posted less than a week ago.
More than three million users on the video sharing app have liked the video and 38,000 people have commented.
When asked if fame has gone to Emmy’s head, Chelsea said Emmy’s friends at school have told her ‘you’re famous, Emmy’ and that she was especially excited to hear that Santa Clause himself had commented on the video.

The viral moment almost didn’t happen, however, as the young girl had a bout of cold feet, which required a pep talk from dad.
The mom also said on the other side of the camera was a proud family who
‘We were so overjoyed she found us in the audience, she is such a sweetheart, Chelsea told DailyMail.com.
‘She has such a big heart she has always worn on her sleeve. We were thrilled she could see us in the crowd and knew were were all there to support her.’

As for how exactly the three-year-old found her family in the crowd, Emmy said she had one distinguishable family member who caught her eye.
‘Emmy said she could see Laurel waving to her on stage,’ the mom said.
Seeing her baby sister, just one-year-old, so excited to see her on the stage made the young girl very emotional.
‘Emmy said she was so happy to see her sister she cried! We told her not all tears are sad tears, and that we were so proud of her,’ Chelsea said.

Liz Montemagni, owner of Unity Dance Spectrum, told WWLP, she believes Emmy’s parents will forever look back on this moment and be glad they had the concert and the video.
The owner said she puts on the annual recital for this exact reason, in fact.
‘Fourteen years later this video surely captures it!’ Montemagni said.
As for what Chelsea says she will take away from this moment, the mom said she is taking away one important lesson.
‘I think this moment really highlighted the importance of showing up for the people we love. My family is so happy this moment went ‘viral’ and inspired so much love and kindness across the whole world,’ she told DailyMail.com.
‘The thousands of comments of love have touched our hearts. This has been an incredible Christmas gift.’
Emmy’s reaction was also shared by country singer Walker Hayes in an Instagram post where he used his own song ‘Face In the Crowd’ to show his own appreciation for the adorable viral video.
His video received more than 35,000 likes and hundreds of comments.
‘This is why you show up for everything when you have children. Memories made,’ wrote one commenter.
‘Yep. Just left grandson#3’s preschool Christmas program and we are driving 4 hours to see grandchild #4’s Christmas ballet program tomorrow. It matters to them,’ wrote another.
