Weight loss smoothies have become the new trend for losing weight. It works when you are drinking them as meal replacements, and not adding them as calories on top of what you are already consuming. Check out these five smoothies recipes that I created. These smoothies are loaded with vitamins and fiber. They are tasty, easy and fast to make. Enjoy!
Smoothie #1. Add one cup of cherry tomatoes, one cup of cherries, one tsp of almond essence, and a handful of ice in a blender. Blend and puree for a couple of minutes. Pour in a glass, serve cold.
Smoothie #2. Add one ripe banana, half a cup of oats, half a cup of unsweetened almond milk, one tsp of almond essence, and a handful ice in a blender. Blend and puree for a couple of minutes. Pour in a glass, serve cold.
Smoothie #3. Add one ripe banana, one cup of spinash, half a cup of unsweetened almond milk, one tsp of almond essence and a handful ice in a blender. Blend and puree for a couple of minutes. Pour in a glass, serve cold.
Smoothie #4. Add one celery stalk, one cup of spinash, one green apple, half a cup of unsweetened almond milk, one tsp of almond essence, one handful ice in a blender. Blend and puree for a couple of minutes. Pour in a glass, serve cold.
