  • 1 tortilla wrap

  • 1-2 tsp sriracha mayo (1 portion sriracha to 2 components mayo)

  • 3 frozen mini hash brown patties (or 1 typical sized)

  • 2 eggs, scrambled

  • Optional: added drizzle of sriracha


  1. Pop the hashbrown patties in the air fryer or toaster oven and cook until eventually crispy (~ 5 minutes).

  2. Scramble your two eggs.

  3. Unfold sriracha mayo on tortilla.

  4. Increase sliced avo, tomato and top rated with seasoning of selection.

  5. Include the cooked hash brown patties on top rated and then the scrambled eggs.

  6. Top rated with ketchup, roll up the wrap and top with more sriracha.
